With a professional degree in architecture from the University of Maryland, and 20 years residential design/construction experience Chuck can be especially helpful in assisting you to find a property that best suits your needs. There are concerns here on St. Croix that you might not have had to address in previous home purchases such as wind load, how the building is oriented for the collection of breezes, etc. Chuck can give you advice on the general condition of a property and the feasibility of potential design changes before you put a contract in. We can also suggest architects, home inspectors, structural engineers and other professionals if required.
Karen Ulrich - Agent
Karen has considerable design/construction experience, and has a degree in urban planning from the University of Maryland. She worked for several years as a building official in Delaware, inspecting commercial and residential projects. She also had her own home inspection business, inspecting residential properties for home buyers. Karen is proud to call St. Croix home and with her background is well suited to serve Buyers and Investors interested in our island. Karen also directs the property management segment of Buyer Agent St. Croix.
