Kim Lucas is true GRITS (Girl Raised in the South...). Kim was born in Kentucky, raised in South Carolina, schooled in Tennessee and Georgia, and spent most of her career in Atlanta running a management consulting and assessment firm. In 2005, she decided to move to a tropical island, and after months of research (tough duty, huh?) she found St Croix and decided to make this lovely island her home. Kim has bought and sold real estate her whole adult life, and her mother was a real estate star in South Carolina, so she figured it was in her blood. Kim became licensed in South Carolina and worked as a Relocation Director and Commercial Sales Agent for a large Real Estate Firm. After moving to St. Croix in 2005, Kim continued her real estate career as an exclusive buyer's agent and property manager. Kim quickly excelled here, earning her GRI and CRS designations, and has bought and sold several pieces of property here on the island herself. She really believes that "now is the time and this is the place" to invest in real estate! Kim truly loves St Croix and especially enjoys meeting other Caribbean Souls who want to make this island their full or part time home.

Chuck Ulrich - Broker
With a professional degree in architecture from the University of Maryland, and 20 years residential design/construction experience Chuck can be especially helpful in assisting you to find a property that best suits your needs. There are concerns here on St. Croix that you might not have had to address in previous home purchases such as wind load, how the building is oriented for the collection of breezes, etc. Chuck can give you advice on the general condition of a property and the feasibility of potential design changes before you put a contract in. We can also suggest architects, home inspectors, structural engineers and other professionals if required. (If you are wondering why you never see a picture of Chuck, it is because he has misplaced his high school year book picture :)
